How does this compare to a 1-2-1 postpartum planning session?

The limited availability of face-to-face sessions means that this is a great option, and the worksheets provided are yours to keep as reference material to dip into time and time again when it suits you. Plus, this is a great alternative and cheaper option to 1-2-1 sessions.
